Before conducting a music vocational training, such as a conservatory training, it is necessary to pass an entrance exam. Part of this entrance exam consists of general music theory and solfège. The lessons of Preparation Music Vocational Study cater to people looking for support in the above-mentioned subjects.
During the lessons in preparation for this entrance exam, a solid knowlege base is developed in these two subject areas, depending on the need of the student. The lessons will be adjusted to the knowledge and skills level of the participant and the requirements of the concerning institute where the entrance exam will be taken.
As starting levels differ between participants and good results are key, individual lessons of 90 minutes are offered. Usually a series of lessons are needed. Special software is available in certain cases, should a participant choose to study at home. Please note that this software is not included in the quoted rate for lessons.
Important: The learning process, in particular for the subject solfège, requires a substantial amount of time. It is therefore imperative for students with little knowledge of this matter to start these lessons early on. It is impossible to achieve the required level within a few lessons without any prior knowledge!
